Acts of God and Unforeseen Events

I acknowledge that Safar is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or changes to retreat plans caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

I understand that refunds or credits for such events are subject to Safar's cancellation policy and that travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Third Party Services

I understand that Safar may engage third-party vendors, including but not limited to lodging providers, transportation companies, guides, instructors, and excursion operators. Safar is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any third-party service providers.

Agreement and Acknowledgement

By booking a Safar retreat, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver & Release of Liability. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk and accept full responsibility for my participation and personal well-being.
